The house is in Sori county, Genoa province, in the village of Teriasca, a small rural town populated by about 200 people, in the wood of Ligurian hill, where it's possible to enjoy a nice view of the Mediterranean Sea and of the Portofino promontory. |

Three bedrooms are available: two double bed and one double bed + bunch bed; a complete kitchen and a bathroom with shower and tub. A washing machine is also available. The flat is 328 feet square (100 m²). |
Watching the pictures you can notice that the house is completely in the wood and it's composed of four flats; three of them are engaged and one, the second from the top, is available for you. |

From Teriasca it's possible to go to Sori beach by the public bus; it's also possible to have nice walks in the woods, to reach the Santa Croce (Holy Cross) Sanctuary (30 minutes) or Pieve Alta, a neighbouring county (35 minutes). |
It's easy to go to Genoa from Teriasca, and in 45 minutes it's possible to reach the medieval center of the city. Teriasca is near to Tigullio Gulf and to Portofino, and the same time to reach Genoa is taken to go there. |
